Visualization of Historical Landscapes in Osaka

Cityscapes of the Dotonbori area of Osaka, Japan, around 1919 were visualized using 3D-CG and interactive contents for education and sightseeing purposes were developed. These contents have been exhibited effectively in public and would be utilized not only for historical research but for regional promotion of tourism in Osaka.
